LARGE EVENT SOLUTIONS

Big crowds don't have to mean a complicated entertainment experience.

Foamstead helps organizations turn large events into something people can actively participate in—not just watch. We build the setup around your crowd, schedule, space, and event goals so the experience is consistent, whether you have 20 guests or 2,000.

Whether you're bringing groups through in rotations or filling out a massive space, Foamstead provides a fully managed, high-impact experience that can entertain thousands of guests without requiring your organization to build and operate the attraction yourself.

Only at Foamstead:
Flexible Scheduling Options

Other area foam providers have one goal... get in, throw a little foam, and get out ASAP.

We do things differently.

At Foamstead, our top priority is giving your group the best experience possible, whatever that means to you! That's why we offer flexible scheduling through our signature staggered sessions.

If your event runs from 10am to 10pm, how are you meant to choose one hour out of the whole day to have a foam party? Almost none of your patrons will be present the entire day, so the majority will miss out on the experience entirely.

Unless you repeat that experience multiple times throughout the day.

Foamstead is the only foam provider in Northeast Ohio that is willing to remain on-site for the duration of your event, and run several sessions throughout the day to create the most opportunities possible for guests to interact with the activity.

When you submit a request, we take the time to talk through all of the details together to determine a custom setup and schedule that will create a truly next-level entertainment experience for your event.

We're focused on the entire experience, not just the foam. From a professional presentation and curated music to hands-on operation and an HD recap video, we want your event to feel special without adding more work to your team.

Yes! For events with multiple groups, scheduled rotations, or activities throughout the day, we can help plan an approach that keeps things organized and makes the most of your booked time.

We do! Our most popular addition is the Giant Bubble Play package, where guests can enjoy several bubble-making stations and atmospheric bubble machines. We're also acquainted with some other entertainment and attractions providers in the area, so if there's something specific you're looking for, just let us know - we'll help you find it.

The earlier, the better—especially for summer festivals, camps, and other high-demand dates. Reaching out early gives us more time to plan the right setup for your crowd and schedule. If your event is coming up soon, contact us anyway, and we'll see what we can accommodate.

Honestly, it depends on the event. For a private setting like a daycare or church, where guests plan for the activity ahead of time, it can be an awesome addition. However, in a public setting where jumping in is more of an impulse decision, we wouldn't recommend it due to the possibility of light, temporary staining. While we love our NEON options, Classic foam is the best all-around choice for any occasion.

We really only need three things:

1. Water. Access to a standard outdoor water spigot within 75 feet.

2. Power. Access to a dedicated electrical circuit within 75 feet. (A generator may be used instead, for an additional cost.)

3. Space. A minimum of a 25x25ft area on grass, artificial turf, asphalt, or concrete is required, though exact space needed will vary based on guest count, scheduling, and other factors.
