We arrive around 45 minutes before your start time to run our safety checks, connect to a standard outdoor water spigot and power outlet near the activity area, and get everything set up before guests arrive.Once the party starts, our professional foam cannon takes just a few minutes to fill your yard with a sea of fluffy foam — safe for kids, biodegradable, and made specifically for foam events.Then everyone plays. Kids (and grown-ups) splash, dance, jump and disappear into it, while we keep the foam coming and the music going.

Clothing: Swimsuits, or a light t-shirt and shorts. Most guests will dry off in the sun, but we recommend a change of clothes just in case.Bring: Towels are a good idea. Goggles are optional — the foam won't sting.

About 45 minutes before your scheduled start time. That gives us time to locate your water and power, run safety and technical checks, and sort out anything unusual about your space before your guests turn up. We'll text you when we're on the way.

Light rain is genuinely fine — everyone's getting wet anyway. Heavy rain or lightning isn't.We watch the forecast for your date, and if it's looking rough we'll reach out before the party. If we do need to move, rescheduling is free (pending availability) as long as we decide at least 2 hours before your start time. And if we have to stop early once we've started, for lightning or anything unsafe, we'll take care of you — we sort those out case by case.

What kind of maniac would go around spraying toxic bubbles everywhere?Some providers cut corners in order to save money, using dish soap or other harsh chemicals to produce low quality foam that causes dryness and irritation.Foamstead does not.The active ingredients (two, count 'em: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Glycerin) in our foam solution are used in everyday household products that are safe for the body, like toothpaste and shampoo. Our solution is specially formulated FOR foam parties and designed to be gentle on eyes, mouths, and skin.Further, the concentration of these ingredients by the time they leave the foam cannon is very, very, very low— less than 1%. The rest is just water and air!

We use a gentle formula designed specifically for foam parties. It’s made of only two simple ingredients, and doesn't contain any harsh chemicals.The foam breaks down quickly and rinses away, so it's suitable for normal outdoor use on grass and around pools.

Less than you'd think. It's essentially a giant pile of bubbles. It evaporates on its own within about an hour of the party ending, and it won't harm your grass. If the ground is already soft from recent rain, heavy foot traffic can churn up mud — same as any backyard game would. If that's a worry, tell us when you book and we'll talk through where to put the foam zone.

That's most of our parties. Little ones potter about at the edges, the big kids dive straight in, and a surprising number of grown-ups end up in there too. We adjust the height and flow of the foam to create the best possible experience for guests.
